Hochgall

Our Hochgall (named after the tallest mountain of the Antholz Valley) is a very valuable type of cheese. During its maturation of more than 10 months it develops a particularly spicy taste. This cheese is made and fostered with much love and is perfect for a glass of red wine. However, due to its extended maturation, this product is not available all year long. The best chance to acquire a piece is during the summer.
