Our Wüstenkäse (“Desert Cheese”) is dry, hard and made of skimmed milk. Thus, this low-fat product with only 3% fat is easily digestible and has a medium sharp taste. Because it is hard, our Desert Cheese is ideal for grating onto warm dishes instead of the parmesan cheese.
