Welcome to the Oberhof dairy!
Our dairy is located in the beautiful Antholz Valley in Val Pusteria. It is a family-run farm specialising in unpasteurised dairy products, especially traditional cheeses, grey cheese (Graukäse) and ricotta. All products are made on our farm and can be tasted in our shop.
Oberhof has made it its mission to produce with sustainability, environmental care and high quality at the centre.

Our farm is located in Antholz, in the heart of Val Pusteria, surrounded by unspoiled alpine pastures. The livestock is cared for with attention and respect, following traditional methods passed down through generations. Our cows are fed mainly with natural hay from our own meadows, ensuring high-quality milk. Animal welfare is at the core of our production philosophy.
Prodotti & Vendita
We produce artisanal cheeses and dairy products directly in our dairy, using only milk from our own farm. Our range includes local traditional cheeses, fresh ricotta and seasonal specialties. Sales take place directly at our shop, without intermediaries, to guarantee freshness and transparency. We offer genuine products rooted in the land and South Tyrolean tradition.

Oberhof Dairy is located in Antholz Niedertal in Val Pusteria, in an easy-to-reach area surrounded by nature. The location offers a calm and authentic setting, ideal for anyone who wants to buy local products directly from the producer. Parking is available nearby, and our shop is signposted along the main road through the valley.
